Why are iPhones selling on ebay for so much ($200 over retail) when I can easily get one at the Apple store by my house for retail price. They are in stock and seemingly not in very short supply.

Does Fido Canada sell iphones or is Rogers Wireless the only company that sells the iphone in Canada? If Fido does sell the iphones, can I still use my fido sim card from another phone on the iphone?

I was just wondering if Apple sells the old iPhones at a clearance price, like next week when the 3gs comes out, will the old iphone 3g 16gb ones be clearance priced or do they just like throw them away or something?
