Are cellphones and iphones cheap in Paris? Someone told me they get their iphone ordered from there. But is it true that their cheap? Is there a website, or do you have to travel there? Thanks.

I’m looking for a new cell phone and all I really want is a great web browser. It’d be a bonus if it has GPS and is inexpensive (maybe an older version of something new you’re thinking of). Any suggestions?
