Are cellphones and iphones cheap in Paris? Someone told me they get their iphone ordered from there. But is it true that their cheap? Is there a website, or do you have to travel there? Thanks.

Coming back to the US and will need a new phone and service plan. I want the BEST plans with either Blackberries or iPhones, who also have the best service. Suggestions? 2 year contracts are ok, but would prefer the optino of one year.

My friend and I both own ipods and iphones. We have a friend that showed us that he changed their background colors, and all sorts of other neat things. He was unable to explain to us how he did it. Anybody know how to do it? If I have no knowledge of how to do it, will it be relatively simple? Please help!!
