I Bought 2 New Iphones Why Is Reception Different When They Are Side By Side?

The 2 phones when placed side by side, one always shows 2-3 of 5 reception bars less than the other one, can there be a problem with one phone. I never had a cell phone before so am unfamiliar.

    It could be a multiple of factors,
    you might have something else turned on (bluetooth, etc.)
    your battery charges might be different
    if your holding one in each hand you could be covering up the antenna
    you might have programs running that are using extra battery power allowing less power for the antenna.
    honestly i wouldn’t worry about it unless your calls get dropped a lot or aren’t that great

    cell phone signals effect some technology like speakers it could be there’s something that screws up the signal when there close

    their roaming software might be different
